All test equipment supplied by Test Equipment Solutions is fully tested, refurbished and supplied with a comprehensive warranty. Our 17 point 'delta test' is designed to ensure that all equipment meets the original manufacturers specification on the day it is delivered and for many years to come.
In the unfortunate event of equipment failure under warranty, contact us as soon as possible and we will issue you with a Warranty Reference Number and arrange collection of the faulty item free of charge from any UK mainland address.
We treat warranty repairs as high priority and you can be assured that your equipment will be repaired and returned to you as quickly as possible. If you need an urgent replacement whilst your equipment is being repaired, then if we have a suitable item in stock we will loan it to you free of charge during the repair period, on request. We cannot guarantee a replacement, but if we can do it, we will!
