The B2985A electrometer / high resistance meter measures small currents with 0.01 fA resolution and resistances up to 10 PO. It has a 4.3” color LCD display with a graphical user interface that provides trend chart and histogram data for analyses. The intuitive front-panel captures transient behavior so you can perform quick statistical analyses without a PC. The optional Keysight setup integrity checker software enables you to isolate external noise sources to compare the noise levels of different cabling and fixturing arrangements.
