The Keysight DSO6104A is a 4 Channel 1GHz Analog Bandwidth oscilloscope with a maximum sample rate of 4 GSa/s.

The DSO6104A features a 6.3” XGA colour display, 4GSa/s sample rate and up to 100,000 waveforms/sec acquisition rate.

The DSO6000A series of oscilloscopes includes a high resolution mode offering up to 12 bits of vertical resolution. This is accomplished by serially filtering sequential data points and mapping the filtered results to the display.
