The Keysight DSOX92004A is a 4 Channel 20GHz high performance oscilloscope with a maximum sample rate of 80 GSa/s.
The DSOX92004A features a 12.1” colour touch-screen display, 2 Gpts Memory Depth and 400,000 waveforms per second update rate in segmented memory mode.
The Keysight DSOX92004A can be remotley accessed through it's built-in LAN interface with web-enabled connectivity. All infiniium 90000 X series oscilloscopes can display up to eight waveform areas with up to 16 grids in each area.
