The Yokogawa TA520 Time Interval Analyser has a maximum sampling rate of 43 MS/s making it ideal for jitter analysis of DVD optical disks.
The TA520 features a measurement resolution of 25 ps, a built-in printer, optional internal hard-disk & SCSI interface.
The Yokogawa TA520 has a large memory that can hold 10,000,000,000 samples of data during the hardware histogram mode and 512k samples during the time stamp mode.
The TA520 is equipped with an "auto window" function which automatically adjusts the scale of the display so that measurement results will be displayed at the optimum scale.
